Background

I hold a Masters in Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Infrastructure (Royal Institute of Technology, KTH, Sweden), courses on cross sector partnerships for sustainable development (Cambridge University), a bachelor of Engineering (University of Zimbabwe) and several other facilitation and coaching courses. 

I have designed and facilitated global leadership and sustainability programs for executives and emerging leaders across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. This includes leading international executive and youth leadership programs, designing policy-linked initiatives for public institutions, and supporting regional transformation through strategic road-mapping and quality assurance. I have delivered long-term leadership, sustainability, and systems-change programs involving strategy development, capacity building, and coaching at senior and middle-management levels. My work also includes designing and facilitating large-scale global gatherings and conferences in both online and in-person formats. In addition, I support organizational culture change, inclusion, and sustainability across diverse international contexts in Europe, Africa, and Asia.
