Background

I help organisations turn sustainability into a strategic advantage. Not only because I care, but because I believe business has the power to solve global challenges and create a better future for all. I hold a masters degree in Strategic Leadership toward Sustainability (Blekinge Institute of Technology, Karlskrona, Sweden) and a double degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering and Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (University of Technology, Sydney, Australia).

For over 20 years, I’ve worked internationally with forward-thinking leaders to embed sustainability into vision, strategy, operations, and culture. I’ve supported SMEs and multinationals in sectors ranging from mining and chemicals to footwear and social enterprise - always with the goal of creating structure from complexity and driving meaningful, lasting change. In everything I do I try to simplify complexity, build common understanding, and unlock opportunities for innovation and future-fit business. My approach is grounded in backcasting from success—starting with the big picture, then charting flexible, profitable pathways to get there.
