Summer greetings and help shape the GREENFIT training programme

Summer greetings! As our work continues after Sweden's much-cherished vacation period, the GREENFIT - Green and Resilient Future Industrial Training project is moving into an important stage: understanding the sustainability skills that manufacturing companies need to successfully navigate the green transition.

We are now inviting manufacturing companies, industry professionals and others working closely with the sector to complete the GREENFIT Industry Needs Analysis and Green Skills Competency Survey.

The survey is designed to identify current green skills gaps and the capabilities companies need as they respond to growing market, regulatory and supply-chain pressures - from climate action and circularity to developments such as the European Green Deal and Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).

Your input will directly help shape the next phase of GREENFIT, including the development of practical training content and a free, certified multilingual e-learning programme for industry professionals.

The survey consists of closed-ended questions, and responses will be analysed anonymously.

You can access the survey here:

We would also greatly appreciate you sharing the survey with colleagues or manufacturing companies in your network who may be interested in contributing.

GREENFIT is an Erasmus+ cooperation project bringing together partners in Sweden, Türkiye, Poland and Italy to strengthen the sustainability capabilities of the manufacturing workforce and support a more resilient industrial transition.
